Templating

Our team members will arrive at your site to take measurements and discuss your preferences. They will also bring samples for you to help you decide on the material, colour and design of your worktop. This is the time when you decide on drainer grooves, edging styles and other features of your worktops.

Our fabricator will take measurements and study the placement of appliances and fixtures to ensure precise templating. Once the templating is complete and our fabricator ensures it is precise, the original worktop is cut according to the dimensions of the template and the positions of cut-outs in it.

However, it is important to note that all preparation work for the surfaces where worktops are to be installed must be completed before templating, including fitting of kitchen units and placement of appliances and fixtures. This will allow our fabricator to take precise measurements of the surfaces that require worktops and position all cut-outs precisely.
